The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a flexible and autonomous role where you can design your ideal working schedule—whether you're looking for full-time hours, part-time work, or something in between.
You will have the opportunity to provide therapy in community and/or clinic settings, depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities
* Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised intervention plans.
* Deliver evidence-based therapy focused on improving daily functioning and independence.
* Provide support and education to clients, families, and caregivers.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS requirements.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other allied health professionals and educators.

About You
Essential Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's or Master's).
* Current AHPRA registration.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Australian residency or valid working visa.

* Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and/or mental health needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
* Organised, proactive, and client-focused approach.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
