Support Administrator
This role provides assistance to sales teams and performs branch administration duties, including accounts payable, expenses, banking, fertilizer processing, receipting; accounts receivable; counter sales delivered with exceptional customer service; maintenance of office supplies; maintaining finance accounts and identifying opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience in an office administration support role, preferably in a busy environment.
* Possess a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
* Demonstrate excellent computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Show a proactive approach to work and possess practical organisation skills.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
* Exhibit effective written and verbal communications skills.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Demonstrate the ability to identify ways to improve internal processes.
* Show effective time management.
