Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a key role in our Environment and Planning Department.

This is a unique chance to work across various projects, collaborating with a close-knit team to drive results.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, processing online development applications, preparing business papers, and supporting multiple sections within the department.

The ideal candidate will have proven administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.


Key Responsibilities

* Providing excellent customer service
* Processing online development application documents
* Preparing and distributing Local Planning Panel business papers
* Supporting multiple sections across the Environment and Planning Department


Requirements

* Proven administrative experience with at least 3 years' background in a similar role
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
