Position Overview:
This role provides phone and face to face support to customers and the internal business for the Terex Franna products.
What will you do?
This position will work with the national Product Support team and the Service team in Eagle Farm to provide technical support and service to customers for the Franna products.
This position will also provide operator familiarisation, internal technical support and feedback/recommendations to the development and upgrade of the Franna models.
There is the requirement to carry out off-site repairs as well as provide after-hours service to customer by participating in the after-hours product support roster.
About you:
- Trade qualified- Hands-on experience with Terex Franna Cranes and demonstrated product knowledge.- Demonstrates knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.- Reviewing technical problems in detail with the ability to fault find.- Experience with crane operation and rigging.- Crane CN or higher and intermediate rigging tickets.- Customer focused with ability to build strong relationships with customers.- Ability to work in both the office and field environments and be deadline focused.
