Customer Support Specialists (called Product Experts at Klaviyo) are a critical part of our future success. We are seeking a Product Expert who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our APAC customers who are scaling their businesses with Klaviyo, with a focus on high-quality product knowledge and communication.

How You Will Make a Difference

* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
* Demonstrate curiosity with AI in work or personal projects and learn quickly, responsibly exploring new AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency
* Provide high-quality product support for Klaviyo customers, partnering with them to resolve issues via email and live chat
* Communicate clearly to answer questions for both technical and non-technical end users while supporting a wide range of technologies
* Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints using established processes
* Provide support and guidance on non-technical questions (e.g., marketing, sales, other ecommerce setup questions)
* Document troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps
* Help transform workflows by integrating AI to build smarter systems and workflows

Who You Are

* An exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal English and proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
* A thoughtful communicator across channels requiring both written and verbal skills
* Experience transforming workflows with AI-centric approaches
* Passionate about creative problem solving for customers and end users
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and collaborative
* Capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities
* Experience with or ability to pick up: Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, Salesforce
* Web technologies, networking, APIs, email marketing platforms and ecommerce platforms
* DNS, IPs and other networking concepts

Requirements

* Full authorisation to work in Australia without restrictions
* Ability to work weekends (shifts include Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday)
* Bilingual proficiency: English and Japanese
* Ability to support customers in both English and Japanese

Additional Information

Salary ranges reflect local labor costs; base salary for this position is determined by factors including skills, experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include annual bonus, variable compensation (OTE for sales and customer success), equity, sign-on, and health, welfare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the salary/OTE range for your location during the hiring process.

Base Pay Range In Local Currency$80,000—$120,000 AUD
