The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage all things procurement; develop supplier relationships, formalise contractor rates and find efficiencies in our current processes. This is a new position reporting to the General Manager, giving you the opportunity to shape and build procurement processes from scratch.
Responsibilities:
* Procuring large order materials for projects
* Building and maintaining supplier relationships
* Ensuring Contractor compliance and developing internal systems
* Tracking cost savings using our proprietary systems
* Driving cost management, transparency, and on‑time delivery

* Maintaining supply levels and delivery assurance
* Collaborative and team‑oriented
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Able to work independently and contribute to process improvement
* Humble, approachable, and focused on team success
Experience Required:
We're looking for someone with solid procurement experience, ideally in Building and Construction or the Building Supply Industry. You'll be comfortable managing suppliers, sourcing materials, and helping shape processes. Whether you're a senior leader with extensive experience or an organised, process‑driven professional ready to take ownership, you'll be confident working independently, building systems, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Purchasing software experience is highly regarded.
