CLM Solutions is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented HR Advisor to manage an independent portfolio of clients. This role acts as a true extension of our clients' teams, focusing on HR compliance and building trusted relationships while offering you total freedom over your schedule.
Requirement
* A minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
* A positive attitude combined with a sharp eye for detail.
* Must operate under a contractor arrangement with an active ABN and appropriate insurances.
* Ideally located locally in Western Sydney or the Hills District.
* Ability to work autonomously while appreciating a collaborative, supportive professional team environment.
Work Conditions
* Total schedule flexibility with the freedom to choose your own hours between 5 and 20 hours per week.
* Complete location independence with options to work remote, on-site, or a hybrid mix of both.
