Job Overview:
This key role is centered on delivering exceptional administration support to our sales team based at Mackay branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face interactions
* Manage sales and data entry tasks efficiently
* Coordinate delivery schedules
* Oversee stock reordering processes
* Prepare orders within the yard premises
* Contribute to maintaining overall organization within the branch
Essential Skills:
* Solid background in administration and office support functions
* Valid Forklift (LF) Licence
* Desirable experience in building materials or similar industry sectors
* Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
* High proficiency in managing and entering data with attention to detail
* Familiarity with MS Office software, SAP systems advantageous
* Strong time management skills, effective written and verbal communication
