PJL Group is a specialised Underground Hard Rock Maintenance and Asset Supply Company that is seeking a suitably experienced Procurement/Stores Officer to hit the ground running on this project.
PJL will be responsible for the supply and maintenance of the underground mining fleet on a 24/7 basis from dedicated workshop facilities onsite for its client Larvotto Resources. The fleet will primarily be a combination of new Sandvik, Caterpillar and Volvo underground equipment.

About the Role
* Interpret job planning information to determine procurement requirements
* Raise, manage, and track purchase orders
* Source, procure, and coordinate delivery of goods, materials, and services
* Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing updates, and system data
* Manage goods in/out processes and oversee stock control
* Coordinate freight and logistics for timely site delivery
* Liaise with the Maintenance Planner and workshop teams to forecast parts requirements
* Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and inter-site parts coordination
* Assist with administrative reporting and ensure compliance with internal processes
About You
* Demonstrated experience in a Procurement and/or Stores role
* Experience in mining, heavy industry, or mechanical environments highly regarded
* Must be willing to take on some adhoc administration tasks
* Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn systems
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Mechanical or parts interpretation experience is an advantage
* Current driver's licence and forklift ticket
