Our client, a large government department focused on defending Australia and it's national interests, require the immediate services of an Organisational Change Manager.
Duties of the Organisational Change Manager
* Work with various projects and programs across different technology & end user domains to plan & deliver OCM activities including stakeholder analysis, product training development and delivery, change impact analysis and ongoing change reinforcement;
* Development of Change Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessment;
* Development of a Change Management Plan with detailed change interventions;
* Development of Key Messages for communicating project-related information;
* Execution Strategy for Communication and Change.
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience working with all stakeholders within a project to elicit requirements to design, build and deploy a practical OC approach;
* Experience drafting, documenting and refining organisational change documents as per client's expectations & methods;
* Proficiency in OCM in the context or infrastructure and/ or Cloud projects;
* Experience in engaging with all stakeholders and able to influence project Sponsors;
* Be comfortable working in fast paced project environments with competing priorities.
