Responsibilities Manage and deliver the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting Deliver insightful financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions Partner with key stakeholders across operations and leadership Identify and implement process improvements across finance Support system enhancements and automation initiatives Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Contribute to the ongoing scale and optimisation of the finance function About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline CA or CPA qualified Comfortable working in a scaling / small business environment Open to regular travel within the NSW region Experience in retail or eCommerce is highly advantageous Apply today!
