The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic approach to building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Analyse trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive growth

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (Food & Beverage)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
