Hino Australia – Are you passionate about driving performance, elevating dealer capability, and shaping programs that make a real impact? Join Hino Australia as our Franchise Performance Specialist, where you will support national franchise development initiatives and contribute directly to long‐term sales and profit growth.

Why this role matters

As a key member of the Franchise Development team, you will design, manage, and optimise programs, policies, and performance mechanisms that empower our dealer network. Your work will directly influence market performance across sales, parts, and service, while supporting Hino's commitment to continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

In this varied and influential role, you will:

* Program leadership & management
o Develop and manage the Hino Dealer Advantage Rewards Program, including implementation and monthly reporting
o Develop and manage the Hino Dealer Advantage Certification Program, including criteria reviews, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
o Own and manage the President's Award & Dealer of the Year Programs, including record‐keeping and cross‐department liaison
* Market insight & performance analysis
o Conduct market and dealer performance studies across sales, parts, and service
o Gather and analyse data from internal and external sources, including economic, regulatory, and environmental factors
o Support dealer performance reviews and contribute insights that guide decision‐making
* Skills & capability development
o Manage Skills Program operations (Sales, Parts, Service, Marketing), including budgets, suppliers, communication, and events
o Manage Hino Academy operations, including training platform management and reward/redemption supplier partnerships
* Stakeholder engagement & improvement
o Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to refine program criteria and deliver enhancements
o Provide operational support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring

* Strong Excel capability and confidence with data analysis
* Experience using Tableau (Salesforce) preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
* Strategic thinker with proven project management capability
* Commercial acumen with experience in revenue and cost optimisation
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and consistently meet deadlines
* Experience in strategy, logistics, distribution, or franchise environments (truck or automotive industry preferred)

Qualifications & experience

* Degree in business, management, commerce, marketing, or similar
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate environment
* Automotive/transport industry experience and B2B communications experience highly regarded
