CORE PURPOSE

Senior Account Manager - D&I ANZ has an integral part in the success of the Pureprofile panel business. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets from existing clients, assisting with onboarding new clients and developing junior employees. This also includes championing the improvement of internal processes, liaising with internal stakeholders to represent your clients and ensuring Pureprofile stay's relevant within the market.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The primary responsibility of a Senior Account Director is to manage existing relationships with the purpose of increasing revenue/maximising profits whilst supporting the Account Director with their client base. You are also tasked with ensuring projects sold are delivered on time & within the budget.

You will also assist the Account Director with training and upskilling more junior staff members, who will, in turn, assist in supporting other sales team members whilst managing their own portfolio.

* Liaise with and support Account Director to execute your strategic plan to meet and exceed sales targets quarter by quarter
* Train and develop Account Executives on the basics of Market Research and account Management
* Work with other Pureprofile business units to exceed expectations and sell a holistic solution to position Pureprofile as a market research partner to add value

Operations

* Meet and exceed personal and team revenue and gross margin targets.
* Identify potential opportunities to pitch, win and deliver campaigns with new and existing clients in Research and Panel.
* Assist with developing client presentations and service/product offering
* Developing a trusting relationship between key clients and the organisation.
* Managing the internal communications between clients and the teams within the organisation.
* Negotiating/Implementing incentive schemes with clients to further increase/locking revenues
* Mentor and coach Account Executives on sales techniques, initiatives and optimal client service.
* Actively communicate ideas with the Account Director for new products and assist in their development. Speaking as the voice of clients to ensure relevantly, valuable products are developed.
* Representing Pureprofile at networking and other corporate events

Team Leadership

* Support Junior individual team members in their training and development.

Administration

* Ensuring Salesforce is kept up to date both personally and for the Senior Account Director
* Providing monthly revenue reports both verbally and written
* Complying with company guidelines and procedures with regard to Talent & Culture, Finance and IT.

About You

Skills & Experience

* 2-4+ years in sales, account management, or business development within market research, insights, data, or related sectors.
* Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio and consistently achieving revenue targets.
* Proven ability to run high-quality sales meetings, capabilities presentations, and closing conversations.
* Excellent proposal writing, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable managing complex briefs and designing research-based solutions.
* Strong industry knowledge (sampling, LOI/IR, feasibility, data quality frameworks, research methodologies).
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
