As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering enhanced business outcomes and effective solutions to support our teams.
About the Role:
* Gather, analyse and document business needs and functional requirements through collaboration with internal stakeholders and user groups.
* Develop clear, fit-for-purpose functional requirements and non-functional specifications that define desired system enhancements or new solutions.
* Collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet organisational requirements.
* Contribute to software configuration and prepare test plans and scripts.
* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Align user expectations with system capabilities and functionality.
* Become a system expert to support future enhancements and improvements.
This is a maximum-term, full-time role based in Brisbane. The initial project and contract will run for 12 months, with opportunities to support ongoing digital transformation.
