Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, invoices, and order processing.
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Follow up on leads and support sales campaigns.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Administrative Support
* Manage daily office administration including filing and data entry.
* Coordinate deliveries and track stock.
* Customer Service
* Provide excellent front‐line service to clients and suppliers.
* Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service (preferred).
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment.
* A positive, proactive, and team‐oriented attitude.
