Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
* Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics
* Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong decision-making skills
* Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based supply chain, warehousing, and logistics
