Full‐Time Retail Professional - Harbour Town Factory Outlet, Gold Coast
We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Gold Coast on a full‐time basis. If you're an efficient, pro‐active retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and you'd love to work for a global brand - then we are looking for you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
* Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.
Working Hours: You will be required to have availability to work retail hours (38 hours per week) across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
