Job Title: Reservations Sales Agent
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while handling their room reservations and sales inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and friendly service to guests while corresponding with them via various methods such as phone, email or chat.
* Book and enter room reservation requests & rooming lists using relevant systems.
* Build and maintain group blocks ensuring seamless check-in & check-out process.
* Ensure accurate payment information is received timely manner.
* Sell hotel facilities maximising revenue through upselling guest rooms recommendations.
