We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer to take ownership of MYOB accounting, bank reconciliations, end-of-month invoicing, and payroll/HR administration using Deputy.
This role supports senior management and requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding.
* Daily and weekly bank reconciliations
* Accurate processing of accounts payable & receivable
* End-of-month customer invoicing and reconciliation
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* GST coding and BAS preparation support
* Maintain clean, audit-ready MYOB files at all times
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly — no rolling issues forward
