Train Assembly Manager
Key Responsibilities and Skills.
We are seeking a Train Assembly Manager reporting directly to the Factory Manager at our site. The role involves managing, controlling, and coordinating all manufacturing activities, strategies, systems, and deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business management plans for our site, ensuring resource allocation, compliance, and regular progress reporting.
2. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices.
3. Ensure adherence to regulations and policies related to Quality, Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environment, providing necessary resources.
4. Deploy, implement, and maintain business processes, adapting them to site-specific needs, and contribute to process documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records and communicate work progress to stakeholders.
6. Ensure confidentiality regarding company information, client, customer, and staff data.
7. Promote our company's image positively using available means.
8. Demonstrate commitment to our company values and policies, including Equal Opportunities.
9. Complete relevant training in health, safety, and environmental standards.
10. Identify areas for improvement and manage best practices within your area.
11. Prepare evidence for audits and defend compliance.
12. Fulfill responsibilities related to Quality, Product Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environment as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles.
2. Relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Higher Engineering Diploma, Master's Degree, or Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
3. Proficiency in office management software, especially MS Office (Excel and Word).
