About the Role
As our Cyber Security Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading day-to-day operations of our Security Operations Centre (SOC)
* Driving continuous improvement across detection, response, threat hunting, and cyber exposure management
* Owning and enhancing operational playbooks, workflows, and incident response frameworks
* Acting as the Service Delivery Manager for SECaaS clients, ensuring SLA adherence and client satisfaction
* Overseeing technical platforms including Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel
* Supporting presales and contributing to the growth of our cyber portfolio
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing Intuit at industry events
What You'll Bring
You should have 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role and strong experience in SOC or MSSP environments. Proven ability to manage service delivery and operational processes, familiarity with ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and Essential Eight, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) and Azure/Microsoft security experience are highly regarded.
