* Key responsibilities:
* Community access and transport
* Attend appointments
* Social supports
* Personal care
* Domestic duties
* Assisting customers with meal planning, preparation and cooking
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, or similar qualification (desirable)
* Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
* NDIS Worker Check and South Australian Working with Children Check
* NDIS Online Modules x 3
* Medication Administration

Other Requirements:
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance, and willing to transport customers for community participation
* Evidence of the right to work within Australia
