Part-time Store Assistant Leader
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Store Assistant Leader.
This role involves working 27.5 hours per week and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, creating memorable customer connections that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
* Assist in training and development of the store team to ensure delivery of operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Execute visual merchandising strategies in-store to enhance the shopping experience.
* Manage high stock volumes, processing deliveries with ease.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
