IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to provide high-quality technical assistance and hardware solutions across multiple locations.
This hands-on role involves providing first-level support, escalating where necessary, and resolving support incidents via the ServiceNow system. You will work closely with our national IT team, traveling between Wagga Wagga and Albury, and occasionally to other national offices as required.
* Monitor and respond to incoming IT requests
* Resolve support incidents
* Provide face-to-face and remote support using tools like TeamViewer and Remote Desktop
* Configure and install PCs, mobile devices, software, and peripherals
* Ensure IT security compliance in line with national procedures and policies
* Meet established SLAs for resolution times
About You:
* You have 12+ months of experience in a similar IT support role
* You have experience in a financial services environment (highly regarded)
* You have strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments and Microsoft Office Suite
* You have exposure to Active Directory and IT ticketing systems
* You have excellent troubleshooting, organisational, and time management skills
