Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems, responding to inquiries about software and hardware issues, adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements, installing and downloading appropriate software, and ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.

Qualification & Experience

* Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulations
