This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated person with administration/scheduler (defect quote/repairs) experience to join our growing business. The office is based in Shepparton. We are a Victorian based essential safety measures provider with offices in five locations, and a Registered Training Organization (RTO).
About the role
As an integral member of the team, you will be a key link in our service division. You will thrive on ownership of this role within the company. You will work with our technicians, suppliers, and customers to ensure a seamless process from technician site attendance to providing the customer with a quote for defects/repairs. Customer satisfaction and the company's reputation will be at the forefront of your efforts. You will liaise with clients, conduct site visits where required, and build & maintain ongoing relationships with clients.

Skills and experience
* Creation of customer defect/repairs
* Experience with wet fire systems (advantageous)
* Ensure quote completion to customer satisfaction within set timeframes
* Prioritize quotes from routine to urgent
* Effective professional communication and record-keeping skills
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and challenge yourself
* Assertive yet respectful interaction with technicians, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely quotes
* System-oriented, accountable, adaptable, and able to adjust when needed
* Calm confidence and ability to work under pressure
Reporting to the Project Manager.
Additional skills and experience
* Experience in a similar Service Administration role (advantageous)
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience with estimating software
