About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clients and account managers in developing new business, managing existing client accounts, and enabling our clients to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as an additional formal point of contact for clients and client advisors.
* Oversee the journey from client request to settlement.
* Initiate branch prudential management tasks associated with loan applications.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be responsible for interpreting and executing branch prudential management tasks, monitoring loan arrears, and taking appropriate action. Strong analytical skills are required along with knowledge of the rural industry. A positive attitude, effective team collaboration, articulate verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must hold valid work rights to be considered for this role.
