About the Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both onsite and community-based services, working with clients who have diverse and complex needs. You’ll assess, design, and deliver tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs that empower clients to reach their goals and maintain mobility, strength, and confidence in daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised, goal-based treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and group wellness programs.
- Support clients in managing chronic disease, falls prevention, post-acute recovery, and overall functional improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care.
- Educate clients and families on health literacy and self-management.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and uphold qualified standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and mentor students or support staff.
About You
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (or Exercise Physiologist with relevant qualifications).
- Skilled in assessment, exercise programming, and client engagement across various settings.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in both independent and team environments.
- Passionate about healthy ageing, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
- Committed to professional excellence and client-centred care.
- AHPRA registration and eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
- Current police clearance, working rights in Australia, and up-to-date vaccinations.
- Professional indemnity insurance and First Aid certification.
