Job Description:
The role involves leading a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
As a senior client advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external clients, nurturing and developing their portfolios, and providing exceptional client experiences.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve sales and profitability goals
* Support the Store Manager in organizing events and promotions to engage clients
* Create personalized experiences for clients through targeted outreach and communication
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales training modules
* Supervise and develop designated staff members, including recruiting and onboarding new starters
* Assist with managing key store responsibilities, such as opening and closing procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
