Aula Energy is looking for a hands-on
HR Manager
to keep our people operations running smoothly during a parental leave period (12 months).
This is a practical, delivery-focused role covering
recruitment, onboarding, performance, and ensuring policies, processes, and systems run efficiently
. You'll also play a key role in
implementing programs and initiatives that support our organisational growth and evolution
, helping shape how we continue to thrive.
What You'll Do
Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact across the organisation on all HR matters
Deliver end-to-end HR operations and coordination across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and cyclical activities
Support the implementation of programs that build capability and strengthen our evolving organisation
Champion a culture that reflects Aula Energy's values and high-performance standards
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, policies, and employee experience
Ensure compliant pay, time and attendance
Who You Are
Proven experience in HR generalist roles demonstrating hands-on delivery, ideally in a fast-paced or project-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field
Robust knowledge of Australian employment legislation and compliance requirements
Skilled at building relationships, influencing leaders, and pragmatic in applying HR practices
Passion about fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures
Background in management consulting is highly regarded, bringing strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver structured, fit-for-purpose solutions
Able to balance tactical delivery with strategic thinking and continuous improvement
Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable
