The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning design, facilitation, and program coordination within multi-site environments, specifically within compliance, safety, or leadership programs.
Experience in adult learning principles, learning management system administration, and strong stakeholder management skills are key for this role.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering national core training aligned with compliance obligations and business priorities.
Maintaining compliance frameworks and driving mandatory learning to meet legislative and industry standards is also critical.
Additionally, monitoring engagement and recommending continuous improvement for corporate training quality and consistency is important.
Supporting the national development and rollout of leadership and behavioral capability programs is another key responsibility.
Embedding organisational values in learning initiatives is also vital.
Lastly, administering the learning management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance for all national programs is crucial.
