**About the role**
- Manage, maintain, and grow the on-going relationship with designated account base and increase that account base over time
- Territory will include 3 main regional runs across central & western Victoria, including (i) Geelong (ii) Ballarat/Bendigo/Echuca and (iii) Horsham/Mildura
- Implement and execute strong call cycle plans with our customer database, incorporating growth targets, distribution advantages, promotions and relevant solution offers
- Actively seek new sales opportunities by generating interest from our extensive product portfolio offering
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate deals based on market opportunities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives when required
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company objectives
- Collaborate with the greater sales, customer service and warehouse teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
**About you**
- High quality account management, sales, and customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Resilience and agility in a fast paced, exciting, and constantly adjusting industry
- Strong organisation and time management skills will be pivotal
- CRM experience, Salesforce is preferable
- A willingness to work autonomously, but an understanding of crucial internal team engagement for resource utilisation
- An open mind when it comes to digitisation and progression
- An understanding of the signage and graphics industry is welcomed but not essential - alternatively, you could have experience in a B2B sales role selling consumables.
- An ambitious and passionate self-starter
- Location suited to managing regional territory runs across central & western Victoria, office based in western suburbs.
