The Role
We are seeking Concrete Truck Drivers to join our team at Salisbury, Gawler or Lonsdale, with multiple opportunities available at $31.05 per hour plus overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and professional delivery of pre-mixed concrete to customer sites, while maintaining vehicle presentation, completing daily checks, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites safely and efficiently.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
* Complete daily pre-start checks and report maintenance issues.
* Manage slump tolerance levels and discharge concrete appropriately.
* Accurately complete delivery dockets and paperwork.
* Communicate customer feedback to Central Dispatch and the Plant Supervisor.
* Clean truck and mixer daily.
* Uphold strong customer service and safety standards.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Current Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR minimum).
* Minimum 2 years' heavy vehicle driving experience.
* Strong and reliable driving record.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
* Professional, courteous manner with customers and team members.
* Commitment to NHVR regulations.
* Dependable, punctual and self-motivated work ethic.
