Senior Geotechnical Engineer Job Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for providing high-level geotechnical services and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Maintaining a commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant WHS requirements.
* Preparing tenders, safety documentation, and technical reports on geotechnical factual and interpretative reports.
* Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS1726, AS2159) and AUSTROADS pavement design guides.
* Managing teams through the stages of a geotechnical investigation and construction phase services.
* Mentoring junior staff members including drillers in their professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, have at least 8 years' experience in a similar role. They must also demonstrate strong attention to detail along with excellent communication skills.
