**As a Student Adviser, you will**:
- Respond promptly to student queries, ensuring needs are met and providing standard advice or referrals when needed.
- Collect, analyse, and present information clearly to solve problems and meet audience needs.
- Manage records, track work progress, and escalate key issues as necessary.
- Contribute to process improvements, share new ideas, and suggest changes to improve practices.
- Foster teamwork, coach colleagues, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and model professional behaviours.
**To be successful, you'll have**:
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience
- An equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education and training.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service within large organisations with complex structures, policies, and procedures.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, diverse environments, managing face-to-face, phone, and written interactions with professionalism.
