Naked Harvest have seen exponential growth since launching in 2019, predominately through their strong network of ambassadors and influencers. Owner's, brother and sister powerhouse, Georgie and Coopa Stevenson, have big plans to continue this trajectory by further increasing their market presence and extending their relationships to encompass business-to-business partnerships.

**About the Job**
This role is pivotal in executing strategies to develop brand awareness by overseeing media communications as well as seeking, developing, and managing relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and business-to-business partnerships that align with the Naked Harvest mission and support company and sales growth as they expand into New Zealand.
Reporting to the Brand Executive, your main responsibilities and accountabilities will be:
- Developing and implementing strategies to maintain Naked Harvest's public image
- Seek, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors and brand partners aligned with the Naked Harvest brand ensuring ongoing return on investment
- Monthly administration and coordination of influencer, ambassador and brand partner agreements
- Identify, plan and coordinate event attendance to build Naked Harvest brand awareness at expos and events and measure and report on return on investment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness through social marketing channels
- Support in the delivery of marketing team initiatives as directed by the Brand Executive
**About You**
You are driven by establishing and maintaining authentic, brand aligned relationships and have a passion for health and wellbeing. You understand the importance of data-driven decision making to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are in place to deliver business growth and brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field (desirable)
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role
- A passion for the influencer marketing industry
- A keen eye for detail and identifying areas of opportunity to expand through mutually beneficial partnerships
