In return, we support developing and promoting internal candidates interested in a long-term successful career with the Company.ABOUT THE ROLE:Salary up to $96 000 p.aFull Time and Casual Opportunities availableLocation – Belmont, Perth• Deliver nationally recognised courses from the health training package up to and including Diploma of Emergency Health Care, both in Belmont, Perth, and external locations.• Maintain required records of the assessment process, outcomes, and student progress, ensuring compliance standards are met.• Processing recognition of prior learning (RPL) documents.• Maintaining up to date technical, vocational and industry knowledge as determined by accrediting bodies and registered training organisation (RTO) Business Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and professional image.• Ensures all course material is current and compliant.• Always adhere to and role model the Company values & policies.• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others, and report hazards and incidents.• Participate in annual PDR process and work to achieve objectives.• Comply with Wilson Medic One and the Wilson Group HSE Policies and Procedures• Comply with Customer contractual obligations.ABOUT YOU:You are a team player and will work towards common objectives, deadlines, and set KPIs.
