Job Overview:

The Administration Officer role is crucial in providing high-level support to the General Manager and Centre operations. This includes coordinating workflows, managing communications, schedules, finances, reports, meetings, and travel.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day operational support for the General Manager and team
* Coordinate communication through maintaining intranet pages and news items
* Draft and edit general correspondence as directed
* Support the management of various professional development events, workshops, and other activities and functions
