About the prospect
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full time basis.

Your key duties
* Provide exceptional customer service to both owners and tenants
* Maintenance and Repairs management
* Conducting inspections: Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine
* Arrears Control
* Management Growth
* Lease renewal & rent reviews
Skills and experience
* Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
* Must have a Class 2 License as a minimum
* Time management skills
* High-level patience and communication skills
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Robust focus on customer service
* Positive and proactive, can-do attitude, and must be a team player
* Must have your own reliable car
Pay and schedule
Pay: From $1,100.00 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift

* Property management: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification
* Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
* Driver Licence (preferred)
