Enframe is a growing architecture studio based in Oatley, and we're currently seeking an experienced architectural drafter to provide short-term contract support on a Class 2 residential project in its final Construction Certificate stages.
The project is a six-dwelling, multi-level residential development located at in Penshurst. The basement level has already been constructed under a previously approved Construction Certificate, and the current scope relates solely to the superstructure and above-ground works.
This role is suited to someone who is comfortable stepping into a project at an advanced stage and contributing thoughtfully and efficiently to CC close-out. You'll be working with an established documentation set and a full consultant team, assisting with final revisions, coordination, and issue of construction documentation.
Our studio places strong emphasis on clear, well-resolved documentation, realistic timeframes, and calm, consistent coordination. You'll be supported with clear direction and scope, and trusted to manage your work with care and professionalism.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll assist with:
* CC-level drafting and refinement of architectural drawings including detailed drawings of waterproofing and facades
* Reviewing the already coordinated and incorporation of consultant mark-ups (engineering, BCA, fire, structural, acoustic, services, etc.)
* Ensuring drawing consistency, clarity, and readiness for issue
* Supporting the final stages of Construction Certificate documentation
ABOUT YOU
You'll bring:
* Demonstrated experience working on Class 2 residential projects, ideally at CC stage
* Minimum 5+ years of experience working on Class 2 residential projects
* Strong technical drafting skills and confidence coordinating consultant inputs
* Proficiency in REVIT and a good understanding of NCC / BCA requirements
* Advanced level proficiency in REVIT software
* A considered, organised approach and the ability to work independently within an established team
This is a short-term contract position with an expected duration of 2-4 weeks.
