This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Disputes team in Perth.
The Role
* We seek a lawyer with expertise in litigation files, discovery, evidence preparation, and court documentation.
* You will draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal advice.
* Key areas of focus include contractual disputes, director duties, and debt recovery.
* You will assist with restructuring transactions, voluntary administrations, and enforcement actions.
* Your responsibilities will also include appearing in court for procedural hearings and supporting senior counsel.
To succeed in this position, you will require at least 3 years PQE from a reputable commercial litigation practice. You should be a commercially minded lawyer with strong drafting and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to solving legal problems.
