We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Pest Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team based in Newcastle. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Rentokil Pest services.
You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your territory.
To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands‐on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visits
* Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
* Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
* Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
* Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
Required Skills & Experience
* Ability to cold‐call & plan for sales territory
* Self‐motivation and ability to work autonomously
* A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced environment
* Full Australian Drivers Licence
