About the Opportunity
As Senior ICT Officer, you will provide level 1 and 2 service desk support to Anglicare NT staff across the Northern Territory, including incident and asset management, application support, procurement, and escalation to external providers or vendors.
In collaboration with other members of the ICT department, you will aid in continuous improvement of ITSM processes, core infrastructure, and the organisation's business software ecosystem.
What we are looking for:
* Certificate IV in Information Technology or similar industry qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in youth mental health, preferably in outreach or community settings.
* Demonstrated experience in ICT-related activities.
* Excellent time management skills, ensuring that requests are appropriately triaged and prioritised within the constraints of workload and deadlines.
* High level communication skills, with developed emotional intelligence, adapting both written and verbal communication to clearly and sensitively engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, across a broad spectrum of technical abilities.

Prior to commencing in this role, you must provide 100 points of identification to confirm Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia; possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a current National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a valid NT driver's licence.
Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
