About the role Deliver efficient and high-quality food and beverage services across RBWH Retail sites, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards under the supervision of the Retail Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista duties, while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
Provide outstanding customer service and assist with menu knowledge and product recommendations.
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for orders, payments, and refunds.
Maintain food safety standards and contribute to a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
