Accounts Clerk

Location: Northern Australia (Northern Territory or East Kimberley, Western Australia)

Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing (38 hours per week)

Coral Coast Distributors (Cairns) Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Northern Australia operations on a full-time basis.

This role provides accounting and administrative support across the business and may be based in either the Northern Territory or the East Kimberley region of Western Australia, depending on operational requirements and the successful candidate's location.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Reconciling invoices, statements, and supplier accounts
* Data entry and maintenance of accounting and financial records
* Assisting with payroll, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
* Supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
* Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems
* Providing general administrative support as required

Skills and Experience

* Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping (completed or currently undertaking)
* Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience using accounting or accounting-related software
* Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary

$69,000 - $72,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
