Registered Nurse – Cosmetic Injecting Pathway + Future Clinic Ownership
Locations: Glenelg (SA), North Adelaide (SA), Bowen Hills (QLD), Robina (QLD)
Engagement: Contractor – Commission or Minimum Hourly Safety Net
If you've been looking for a genuine pathway into cosmetic injecting — not a one-day workshop, unpaid shadow shift or "come back when you have experience" conversation — this role offers a supported, structured entry into the field with clear long-term progression.
The Opportunity
You'll join a well-established cosmetic medical clinic and receive accredited clinical training in cosmetic injecting, consultation, treatment planning and patient care.
As your skill grows, you'll step into injecting, build patient relationships, and continue developing with ongoing mentorship and clinical oversight.
This role suits nurses who want to build a career in aesthetics — not just try it for a month.
What You'll Gain
* Certified clinical injecting training provided (training fees paid)
* Ongoing mentoring from experienced injectors and clinical leaders
* A clear patient care framework and compliant practice environment
* Strong administrative and marketing support so you can focus on treatment and patient rapport
* The ability to shape your work around life commitments (part-time or full-time available)
Career Progression: Future Clinic Ownership
For nurses who demonstrate strong clinical standards, professional conduct and patient rapport, there is a formal pathway to clinic ownership under the brand's established model.
This includes:
* Reduced entry cost
* Business, compliance and marketing support
* A proven operational framework already built
Many current clinic owners started in this exact role.
Earning Structure
* 40% commission on revenue (less product cost)
* or $35 per hour minimum, whichever is higher
This model suits nurses who value building long-term patient relationships and want to be rewarded for growth over time.
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you:
* Hold current AHPRA RN registration
* Are committed to developing your skill and confidence in aesthetics
* Take pride in professional standards and patient outcomes
* Enjoy building trust and long-term patient care plans
* Are looking for meaningful growth, not just a shift roster
We welcome:
* Nurses who have completed injecting courses and are seeking their first opportunity
* Nurses with some injecting experience looking for structure and support
* Career-driven nurses interested in long-term ownership potential
Training & Induction
* Training is delivered in Perth through an accredited program
* Travel and accommodation are self-funded
* Training fees are paid and include CPD accreditation
This is a professional transition — and we are upfront about what it involves.

* Part-time or full-time available
