6o1 Coffee Roasters is a locally owned specialty coffee roastery and café in Toowoomba. We're looking for an experienced, passionate barista to expand our existing team immediately.

About you:
* Proven experience as a barista in a busy café environment.
* Minimum 2 years of barista experience required.
* Skilled in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and dial-in techniques.
* Strong customer service skills – friendly, professional, and welcoming.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
* A positive, team-focused attitude.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
