Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, we are looking for an experienced Mechanically trade qualified fitters, whose primary responsibility is to manage and provide solutions & technical expertise to carry out maintenance and repairs to fixed plant equipment across multiple sites, both in the field and in workshop.
Candidates with the flexibility to travel across Melbourne and regional Victoria (when required) are encouraged to apply.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering Monday to Friday + overtime on weekends.
Your Day Will Involve:
* Maintenance and repairs of a wide range of fixed plant equipment
* Attending site breakdowns, fault finding and preventative maintenance/ defect repairs
* Comply with Boral's Workplace Health and Safety requirements at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Mechanical Trade qualification (boilermaker/ fitter) - recently qualified candidates are welcome to apply
* Experience in maintaining fixed plant equipment
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Background in mechanics and pneumatic system (viewed favourably)
