- Paediatric outpatient services (0-6 years)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment, and management across the continuum of care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical handovers
- Develop client-centred goal-directed care plans
- Supervise Grade 1 clinicians and support student training
- Lead quality improvement and service development projects
- Contribute to community education and outreach programs
- Ensure adherence to professional, safety, and infection control standards
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia registration (CPSP)
- National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of vaccinations (COVID-19, flu, serology)
- Victorian Driver's Licence
- Ability to work across adult and paediatric populations
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
